Job Description:

MicroHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Typescript, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, API development, and NoSQL databases. Experience with AI technologies is highly preferred. In this role, you will not only drive the development of high-quality software solutions but also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and shaping our technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Write robust, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and JavaScript, typescript, utilizing frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Develop responsive web applications with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs for application integration, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Architect and interact with NoSQL databases, optimizing for performance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the implementation of automated testing and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
  • Proficiency in Typescript, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong experience with API development, integration, and NoSQL database management.
  • Prior experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is preferred.
